Booking’s Policies: 

60% of the package price per passenger is required to confirm your booking

A second payment of 40% of the tour per passenger is required 60 days prior to the departure date.

If the booking is between 60 and 1 day prior to the departure date, the full payment is required to confirm the operation.

The passenger will assume the costs of the bank transaction or PayPal costs.

Advice: Making a single payment avoids charges for the bank transaction

Cancellation Policies:

If notice is received 10 or less days prior to the departure, no refund is possible
Cancellations made from 20  to 11 days prior to departure will have a penalty of 50% of the total value paid for the package.

The agency Vermilion reserves the right to change the itinerary without prior notice due to weather conditions, availability, rules or notifications of the National Park and unforeseen circumstances.

It is mandatory to have a current travel insurance, including health insurance. Please inform us of any known medical conditions you have.
